Afternoon everyone,

Just thought I drop a reminder about the high standards we pride ourselves on, both on the pitch and the touchline. At the weekend I heard a few frustrated shouts to the referee at the U16’s game, which I understand because sometimes decisions may not go our way however just like players and coaches we all make mistakes and we are continuously learning. I’m asking that we give the referee’s the same patience and understanding as we do to our players when playing and us coaches when coaching, the understanding which we do demonstrate majority of the time. However we strive to be the best we can be, and want push players, coaches and parents further to continuously raise our standards.

Lets show our class on and off the pitch all the time to create the best possible environment.
